Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center is a global leader in sports and musculoskeletal injury prevention and rehabilitation, concussion research, diagnostic and interventional ultrasound, sports performance optimization, and surgical and nonsurgical management of sports-related injuries. The Sports Medicine Center serve the needs of individuals of all ages and abilities – elite and professional athletes, weekend warriors, and youth athletes – with world-class sports training and sports medical care.
A series of high school, undergraduate and graduate students’ presentations related to the five foundational pillars of Confab. Students present work completed during their summer internships, summer/academic year research experiences, and/or knowledge gained through professional training and/or independent research.

An engaging workshop where individuals will: 1) Develop operational definitions of manhood and womanhood; 2) compare and contrast “conceptual and conditional” manhood and womanhood; 3) apply critical thinking to the application of manhood and womanhood; 4) identify barriers to manhood and womanhood and develop appropriate strategies for reducing and eliminating those barriers; 5) examine 10 indisputable truths about manhood and womanhood; and 6) learn to articulate manhood and womanhood in tangible and easy to understand terms.
